The Jagunmolu Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has expressed his profound sorrow and extended his heartfelt condolences to the family, the people of Ibadan North Federal Constituency, and the entire Ibadanland following the sudden passing of Honourable Olaide Akinremi Jagaban, the Member Representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
Honorable Akinremi Jagaban, a dedicated and vibrant lawmaker who was serving his second term in the House of Representatives, passed away on Wednesday in Abuja after a brief illness. His untimely demise has sent shockwaves across the nation, with tributes pouring in from colleagues, friends, and associates.
Chief Jubril Sanusi conveyed his deep sorrow over the loss of the distinguished house member. He praised the late lawmaker as a “Great Representative who always prioritized the well-being of his constituents, a consummate politician, a bridge-builder, and an effective voice for what was right, necessary, and beneficial for both Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Ibadanland, and the State.”
