A former House of Representatives’ Member Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency and former Director General, Oyo State Liaison Office, Abuja, Hon. Busari Olayemi has described the late Babasale Musulumi of Ibadanland, Chief Lateef Oyedoyin Oyelade an ever remarkable personality in the world.
Olayemi said this while meeting newsmen on Friday afternoon at the death news of close ally of Late Ariyibi Adedibu and Late Arisekola Alao earlier on Friday.
The former federal lawmaker noted that he would never forget the deceased due to his philanthropy and political experiences, adding that the deceased singlehandedly sponsored his political career to the 8th Assembly of the National Assembly, apart from much inputs on his administration while he served Oyo State House of Assembly member, and even a ward councillor.
While describing Late Chief Lateef Oyedoyin Oyelade, Hon Busari Olayemi regarded the deceased Iconic, problem solver, intellectual, transparent, humane, approachable, religious, father and optimistic.
Olayemi stated that he would have re-awaken the deceased if opportune but has accepted the fate.
Olayemi while presenting his condolence, charged other Nigerians to live well for impact on future legacy.
“It is so painful we lost Chief Lateef Oyedoyin Oyelade, so early. He was ever ready to help anyone who appears before him. He would never let tear on you, remain wet on face. What a man! There is nothing, anyone could do against the nature. Nature gives, takes back.”
“It is a lesson for everyone to serve, lead and have a positive impact on his environment as whatever one does, would be said about one. Lateef Oyelade lived well”, he said.
Meanwhile, Hon. Busari Olayemi prayed the Almighty God forgive the sins of the deceased, grant him Aljana Fridaus; called the deceased to maintain co-operation as to unite the family of the deceased together.
