The Caretaker Chairman, Iseyin South Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Iseyin Local Government, Oyo State, Hon. Fasasi Raheem Ajibola FM has bagged an award of ‘Best Local Government Chairman of The Year’.
The award of Best LG Chairman of the year was on Thursday, December 30 conferred on FM by Cornerstone Media International at Wilmarie Hotel and Events’ Centre, Okeho, Kajola Local Government of the state.
While presenting the award, the management of Cornerstone Media International revealed that the presentation of award to FM was sequel to his best performance benchmark in all areas regarding his style of administration and leadership.
The management stressed that FM was chosen as the best ‘LG Chairman of the year’, owing to his excellent performance in infrastructures,which had unequivocally changed the outlook of administrative territory and jurisdiction.
Not only that but also added that he remains a lover of education who tailors his educative programmes and policies in line with Governor Seyi Makinde’s whose prime target is to secure unprecedented achievements in education sector.
Cornerstone Media International said FM was a youthful public office holder who was positively making use of the privilege to better the lives of people around him and Nigeria at large.
He was described as a person who knows what an administration and position of leadership entail, and someone who does things wisely, cautiously and positively to enhance human capacity.
In his own appreciation, FM lavished encomiums on Cornerstone Media International for its ability to come up with programmes that inspire souls and trigger the ambitious beings to move on.
FM thanked the organization for counting him worthy for the unexpected award, stressing that he was grateful to the organization and God who made everything possible.
On criteria that ranked him the best LG Chairman of the year, FM promised to maintain the tempo and do more in order to improve the people’s standard of living.
