The Ibadan based popular man and philanthropist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as ‘Sunday Igboho’ has attended the 8 days’ prayer session organized for late former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi.
Sunday Igboho while praying for the departed soul of the late Governor, enjoining Oyo State Government to immortalize Senator Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi whom he described as an intellectual man whose ingenuity turned the pacesetter state to a state of beautiful attraction.
In his prayer, Sunday Igboho prayed God to forgive the shortcomings of late Governor and grant him Al-janatul Fridaous.
He equally extended his prayers to his late wife, Mrs Florence Ajimobi, family members, political associates and members of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole, praying that God would uphold all Ajimobi’s people and give them all the fortitude to bear an irreplaceable loss.
On deceased’s immortalization, Sunday Igboho enjoined the pacesetter state ably led by Engr Seyi Makinde to immortalize the late former governor whom he described as someone who lived a fulfilled life with enviable records of achievements.
In his condolence message, the popular Ibadan man and philanthropist described Ajimobi as an intellectual man whose ingenuity, brilliance and naturally gifted talent assisted him in his business and political careers.
Sunday Igboho stressed that Ajimobi’s adherence and uncompromising to ethics and principles that guide and uphold public assignments had no doubt helped him greatly to have and record notable achievements.
Adding that his possession of qualities of courage, oratory prowess, executive ability and other leadership skills enabled him to succeed in business and politics.
Sunday Igboho said that Ajimobi encountered many many challenges while working in public companies and discharging his duties as a public office holder, stressing that his mastery of job, bravery, focus and determination among others sincerely helped him.
He described Ajimobi as a political Icon, administrator, orator and business man who will be sorely missed on areas where his intellectualism and experience would be notably needed.
Sunday Igboho said Ajimobi would be remembered for life, stressing that he came, saw and conquered with notable and enviable achievements.
