In a heartfelt message, Hon. Engr. (Dr.) Aderemi Abas Oseni, the Member representing Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency and Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), has extended his warmest congratulations to Chief Timothy Alarape Jolaoso on the momentous occasion of his 91st birthday.
