Leading pan-African real estate giant, Adron Group, is making a commanding impression at the 10th Anniversary Africa ESG Conference and Nigeria Project Expo 2026, where it is showcasing a robust portfolio of affordable property options, flexible payment structures, and investment opportunities designed to bridge Nigeria’s housing deficit.
The 3-day high-level gathering, which has become a continental hub for sustainable development, has drawn together investors, government officials, captains of industry, and professionals across real estate, construction, infrastructure, and finance to deliberate on responsible growth and inclusive development across Africa.
Leading the company’s delegation is Managing Director, Adenike Ajobo, MNIM, MNIPR, who represented the Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer, Aare Adetola Olanipekun Emmanuelking.
In her address at the expo, Mrs. Ajobo reaffirmed Adron Group’s unwavering commitment to democratizing homeownership in Nigeria. She emphasized that the company’s rapid growth and national prominence over the years have been anchored on five core pillars: affordability, excellence, vision, integrity, and tenacity.
“At Adron Group, we believe that owning a home should not be a privilege for a few. It must be accessible to every hardworking Nigerian family,” Ajobo stated. “Our mission remains to provide safe, secure, and affordable housing solutions that align with global ESG standards while delivering real value to our customers and investors.”

She also congratulated the organizers of the Africa ESG Conference on its 10th milestone anniversary, describing the platform as “critical for shaping the future of sustainable investments in Africa.” She extended appreciation to Adron’s teeming customers across Nigeria and the diaspora for their continued trust and loyalty to the brand.
Adding momentum to the company’s presence, Group Deputy Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Teddy Babatunde, unveiled some of Adron’s most competitive offerings at the exhibition. He announced flexible payment plans of up to 36 months for regular plots and up to 100 months for Vitco plots, describing the structure as a deliberate strategy to ease the financial burden on prospective homeowners.
“Financial pressure should never be a barrier to owning property,” Babatunde explained. “Our payment models are designed to empower Nigerians at every income level to key into real estate investment without stress, while still enjoying premium locations and secure documentation.”
Also speaking, Deputy Managing Director, Southern Super Cluster, Rosemary Onyediri, urged investors, diaspora clients, and first-time buyers to take advantage of limited-time promotional offers on select Adron products. She noted that the current economic climate presents a strategic window for individuals to secure land and housing assets that guarantee long-term appreciation.
On his part, Director of Treasury, Samson Balogun, reiterated the group’s long-term vision of ensuring that every Nigerian family has access to decent and affordable shelter. He said Adron Homes remains committed to transparency, regulatory compliance, and partnerships that drive sustainable urban development.
At Adron Group’s richly branded exhibition pavilion, visitors and delegates are engaging with the company’s team of consultants to explore a wide range of offerings. Featured products generating significant interest include Grace & Mercy Gardens, Lemon Friday Plus, Forever Young Estate, and several other premium housing developments strategically located across Nigeria.
Industry stakeholders at the conference commended Adron Group for consistently aligning its business model with ESG principles, balancing profitability with social impact, environmental responsibility, and good governance.
With over a decade of impactful operations, Adron Group continues to position itself as a pacesetter in affordable housing delivery, youth empowerment, and wealth creation through real estate across Africa.
