A former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Governorship Aspirant in Oyo State, Otunba Oluseye Nathaniel Oladosu Opatoki, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Wole Akinleye, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Friday, Otunba Opatoki described Hon. Akinleye as a committed public servant, a grassroots mobilizer, and a leader whose tenure has brought renewed hope and tangible development to the people of Akinyele Local Government.
Otunba Oluseye Opatoki noted that since assuming office, Hon. Akinleye has demonstrated capacity, focus, and dedication to the ideals of good governance, with visible strides in infrastructure, community engagement, youth empowerment, and the welfare of market women and vulnerable groups across the local government.
“On this special day, I join millions of well-wishers across Oyo State to celebrate a brother and a committed democrat, in the person of Hon. Wole Akinleye, the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government,” Otunba Opatoki stated.
“Hon. Akinleye’s leadership style reflects the true essence of local government administration, bringing government closer to the people. His commitment to service, his accessibility, and his determination to deliver on the mandate given to him by the people of Akinyele are worthy of commendation.”
The former governorship aspirant further applauded Hon. Akinleye for aligning with the development agenda of the APM-led administration in Oyo State, saying his efforts have complemented the vision of the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde FNSE to bring development to every nook and cranny of the state.
According to him, the Chairman’s proactive approach to security, sanitation, education support, and rural development has positioned Akinyele Local Government as one of the most peaceful and progressive local governments in the state.
“At a time when the people yearn for responsive and responsible leadership, Hon. Wole Akinleye has shown that leadership is about service, sacrifice, and impact. He has remained close to the people and has continued to provide the kind of leadership that gives hope,” he added.
Otunba Oluseye Opatoki prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, good health, and strength for the Chairman as he continues to pilot the affairs of Akinyele Local Government.
“As you mark another year today, I pray that Almighty God will grant you more wisdom to lead, more strength to serve, and more grace to impact lives positively. May this new age bring you greater accomplishments and open new doors of opportunities for you and for the good people of Akinyele Local Government,” he prayed.
He also urged the people of Akinyele to continue supporting the Chairman and the PDP-led government in the state, to consolidate the gains of democracy and deliver more dividends to the grassroots.
