The Iyaloja-General of Oyo State, Alhaja Saratu Aduke Konibaje, has felicitated Chief Dr Engr Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on the confirment of Jagunmolu of Ondo kingdom on him by the Osemawe of Ondo kingdom, Oba (Dr) Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo.
According to a congratulatory message made available to pressmen, Makinde is a rave of the moment, praying that his gold may never lose its relevance.
“I congratulate our dear trailblazer and goal getter and leader, Chief Dr Engr Makinde on this well deserved chieftaincy title as Jagunmolu of Ondo kingdom.”
“I cannot find the best words to describe you this day because you have shown a leadership that beats imagination, attracting recognition that cuts across leap and bound, the recent being this chieftaincy as Jagunmolu of a powerful and highly influential kingdom like Ondo.”
“I wish your excellency more testimonies of impactful leadership such as this , may your gold never lose its relevance.”
Alhaja Saratu Aduke, however, thanked the Osemawe of Ondo kingdom, for finding Gov Makinde worthy of the chieftaincy title and pray that may the land of Ondo kingdom and by extension, Oyo State continue to prosper more.
