Professor Folasade Ogunsola has emerged first female UNILAG VC.
This newspaper reports that a Professor of Microbiology at the College of Medicine, Prof Folasade Ogunsola, has emerged the first female Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
This online news platform understands that Professor Folasade Ogunsola emerged the first female UNILAG VC in 60 years.
Professor Ogunsola ’s announcement as UNILAG’s 13th substantive VC was made on Friday night. She will succeed Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe whose five-year tenure elapses in November.
