Aspirant into the green chamber of National Assembly for Ibadan Northwest/Southwest Federal Constituency, Ibadan, Oyo State, Hon. Abayomi Fagbenro who is popularly known as “Bibire” has said that he would not only represent but also serve his constituents, now and after wining the election.
Bibire, while speaking with the crew of naijatodaynews.com.ng via telephone conversation disclosed that he would not only represent but also ensures he serves his constituents to the best of his capacity, now and after wining the election.
While fielding questions on why he is interested in taking a seat at the Federal House of Representatives, Bibire responded that he decides to be at the lower chamber of the National Assembly, with a view to ensuring effectiveness on representation,response and possibly be part of dynamic parliamentarians who would be responsible for changes of obsolete laws.
The House of Reps’ Hopeful stressed that he would maintain and sustain mutual understanding and cordial relationships with the constituents in a way that would ascertain closeness and togetherness.
Bibire maintained that he would ensure he organizes constituency meeting at the end of every quarter, reiterating that he would work on at least four(4) constituency meetings with the constituents, in order to give them feedback on the says and deeds in the Green Chamber.
He said he would passionately and legislatively work on the state of inadequate health facilities across the Federal constituency,while he would work on expedition of actions on the needful to be done in order to have steady health facilities, that would cater for the sick and patients in the Federal Constituency.
On area of education, Bibire promised that there shall be need for provision of data base of the students across the schools in the federal constituency and beyond in order to know their needs and how the required provisions would be made for them, adding that empowerment and other logistics that make education convenient for students would be definitely prioritised.
He made mentioned of skills’ acquisition on vocational engagements, while there would be apprentices to place on vocational trainings and have them bankrolled with the required materials at the end of their graduation.
He promised to work passionately and patriotically on how the issue of prevalent poverty would be brought to a bearest minimum in the Federal Constituency and beyond, adding that special attention would be geared towards that.
He said the area of agriculture would not be jettisoned, stressing that agric business would also be prioritised where the tools and needed materials to make it thrive in the constituency would be given an expected consideration.
Bibire pledged to work more on registration of eligible voters for the receipt of Permanent Voters Cards(PVC), adding that he has been doing that free of charge and he would also continue to do the needful.
In another vein, he promised to ensure unification in bringing all warring factions in PDP together, maintaining that he would serve the role of a unifier who will see to oneness, unity and togetherness in umbrella party.
Bibire commended Governor Seyi Makinde for doing the best job in the pacesetter state, stressing that his achievements are unprecedented in all ramifications.
