A leading House of Representatives hopeful for Ibadan North Federal Constituency and former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm birthday greetings to the federal lawmaker representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Hon.
