A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress(APC) in Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Hon. Olusola Ogunbode has congratulated the new President and Vice President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and Senator Kashim Shettima GCON on their ascension to presidency on Monday, 29th May, 2023.
In the same vein, Okeho-born politician and Akinrogun of the ancient town felicitated Senator Oluremi Tinubu as the new First Lady and however enjoined her to stand firmly and courageously for her husband’s unprecedented achievements as he steps in to take the mantle of leadership as number one citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Ogunbode and a front lined member of NADECCO said Tinubu’s inauguration, preparation and readiness to lead the country for the next four years would unequivocally birth unprecedented achievements across the length and breadth of Nigeria.
He maintained that the new president had governed Lagos State for complete eight(8) years which the legacy he left behind became the stepping stones for all his successors’ attainment of feats and numerous successes.
Ogunbode reiterated that same magic wand which Tinubu used to transform the State of Excellence would still be employed to catapult Nigeria to enviable heights.
In another vein, he congratulated Senator Kashim Shettima on his ascension to presidency as the new Vice President of Nigeria, describing him as a loyal and detribalized Nigerian whose wealth of administrative experience and wisdom would be utilized to assist the president.
Ogunbode also cheered Senator Oluremi Tinubu on her new designated status as the current First Lady of Nigeria.
He described Remi Tinubu as an excellent and trustworthy woman who shows sincere affection and love to protect, guide and guard her husband when the going was tough.
He said, her coming on board as the new first lady of Nigeria is in line with justification to reap the fruits of her sincerity, unflinching support and total affection shown to her bubby for years.
Ogunbode prayed for the success of the trio and all other new leaders who are taking the new batons of leadership across the country.
