Oyo Council Boss, Obalowo Congratulates Makinde, Commiserates With Oyo Speaker Over Mother’s Demise

The Ibarapa East Local Government Chairman, Hon. Olugbenga Obalowo has congratulated the 2nd Term elected Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde (FNSE) in office.
Obalowo who congratulated the Governor for a historic re-election with the polls 566,766 over his closest rival on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Sen Teslim Folarin in the Saturday 18th March, 2023 gubernatorial election in the State,with as well clear winning of 31 local councils’ elections results aside Irepo and Oreloope left for Folarin, described the winning divinely mysterious.
“Democracy has fully returned to Nigeria since 1999, but, it is amazing to all and sundry that 2023 Election in Oyo State gave a mysterious result, 31-2 election results, what a divinely mysterious contest?”, he commented.
Meanwhile, the chairman also credited voters in the State, especially in Ibarapa Zone for hungrily massively re-electing Governor Seyi Makinde and Rt Hon Adebo Edward Ogundoyin for the 2nd Term which will enable sustainability of laudable projects across the State plus linkage of all 6-geo political zones of the State which invariably will engender economic development in the Zone.
” Makinde is a listening governor with dogged act on his good plans for the State. Oyo State has chosen the best and I am pretty sure, no stone will be left unturned in the Omituntun 2.0 structure. Already, zones link up have been in the pipeline, Oyo State and Ibarapa Zone chose best, you are credited”,he added.
However, the Ibarapa East Local Government Chairman, Hon. Obalowo condoled with the entire family of Oyo State House of Assembly’s Speaker, Adebo Ogundoyin over a sudden death news of a rare mother, Chief Mrs Justina Ogundoyin who remained the Iyaloja General of Ibarapa Land until death, prayed God remain on the family
Hon. Obalowo while describing the deceased, Late Chief Justina Ogundoyin as an unusual flower in the world, added she was due for her time well spent on Earth with low and high in Oyo State, especially ,Ibarapa Land.
“Mama Justina is such a mother one can pray for, an ever cherished mother, whom I will regard an unusual flower but God understands the best for man”,he said.
The Chairman advised the Speaker and his siblings to remain cemented as ever preached by late Chief Ogundoyin for continuity and maintenance of good legacies his late parents left.
“I want to urge Mr Speaker to unite the family together, now that almost children of the deceased are well placed in the society, yet, there should be no vacuum rather upholding of good legacies of your parents, Chief and Chief Mrs Ogundoyin, most reverred business moguls in Ibarapa Land”,Obalowo concluded.
Recall, Late Chief Justina , aged 63 passed on exactly after a week her child, the Oyo Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin won a returning seat for the 3rd term to the House in the Saturday 18th March,2023 Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly Elections as announced by the Oyo State Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC and to represent Ibarapa East/West Constituency, remained the Iyaloja General of Ibarapa Land.
