A former special assistant on diaspora to the governor of Oyo State and as well director, female Youth mobilisation, Mrs Bolanle Aminat Sarumi-Aliyu has assured that the 2023 People’s Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar will get two million votes in the forthcoming general elections.
Sarumi-Aliyu also known as BASA who said this at a town hall meeting held in honour of Titi Abubakar explained that only that the presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar is the only that can out- deliver other contesting candidates in the likes of All Progressive Congress (APC),Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, and others.
” I am very certain that Atiku Abubakar has everything it takes to be the next president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who operates on a long thriving party in the country
” All Progressives’ Congress has tasted power only within eight years, being a new party on board but with woeful performance, why this be permitted more to rule
” Let us vote longest established party back to power, with the belief that only PDP maintain good governance “, Sarumi-Aliyu said.
However, Sarumi-Aliyu cleared the air about controversy on rumoured crisis in the Oyo state’s People Democratic Party.
She said there is relative peace in the party as all intention of the party loyalists is to co-operatively vote for all PDP Candidates from top to bottom
” There is no issue in the People’s Democratic party in Oyo state as many have claimed
” His Excellency,Seyi Makinde is solidly behind the party and that is what every member and Candidate work on , ” voting for all candidates from top to bottom “
Bolanle Sarumi-Aliyu predicted winning massively of the people’s Democratic party in all the southwest, Nigeria to include Ekiti, Ondo, Oyo, Osun.
” I can tell you that all southwest states to include Ekiti, Ondo, Oyo,Osun and the rest will won”, She concluded.
