2023: Despite Oyo PDP Campaign Flag-off, G5 Refuses To Announce Its Preferred 2023 Presidential Candidate

The governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde todaflagged-off its gubernatorial re-election campaign bid.
The re- election tagged ‘Omituntun 2.0: Sustainable development campaign flag-off took place at the ancient Mapo Hill, Ojaaba, an area of Ibadan,the capital of Oyo State in the presence of hundreds of thousands of citizens and security intelligence.
Makinde stressed that his first term which dwelt on promised four cardinal points which includes health, education, economy expansion and infrastructural development with insistence of almost hundred percent on a scorecard.
Makinde added that his second term reelection bid will engender sustainable development and a huge economic upgrade in the state.
” In my first term, I promised you the following on agenda omituntun 1.0 known as accelerated development;
Economic prosperity; education, improved infrastructure (Awotan, Akobo, Moniya/Ijaye Road), GSM salary date, safe and secure environment ( remember architecturing of Amotekun) employment, with total fulfillment.
” My second term will be tended towards total socio-economic upgrade in the state
” This is formally known as the Omituntun 2.0, a sustainable development”, he said.
Speaking, both the Rivers State Governor,Nyesom Wike and Governor of Benue, Samuel Ortom , members of the G5 reiterated that Makinde is trustworthy, reliable and dependable ,thus has the capacity of maintaining equity, fairness and justice , adding that the coast is clear for him to repeat a landslide political victory at the forthcoming general polls as recorded in the year 2019.
Nyesom Wike called for massive voting for his G5 most youngest,Seyi Makinde.
He added that failure to vote Makinde for the second term will be unforgiving in the history of Oyo State.
Earlier, former Minister of State and a PDP chieftain,
Oloye Jumoke Akinjide urged all electorates to vote for all PDP Candidates from bottom to top in the 2023 general elections.
Conclusively, the PDP National Chairman (South), Ambassador Taofeeq Arapaja assured members of victory in the 2023 polls, while he presented party flag codenames flag of success and integrity to all 2023 PDP Candidates to include Seyi Makinde, the governor, Senatorial, House of Representatives and House of Assembly Candidates.
Unfortunately, no mentioning of the G5 preferred presidential candidate throughout the campaign that lasted four over five hours.
