According to him, “my absence at yesterday’s Peace Accord Meeting chaired by His Excellency Rashidi Ladoja at Oyo State Police Headquarters, Eleyele Ibadan was not deliberate.
“I left Ibadan for Abuja in the early hours of yesterday without any knowledge of the very important meeting.
“The Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Adebowale Williams called to invite me barely 1hr to the scheduled meeting. However, I was ably represented by my runningmate, Dr. Okunlola David, Barrister Sharafadeen Alli (2023 Oyo APC Senatorial Candidate for Oyo South) and APC Oyo South Senatorial Chairman, Hon.
