The All Progressive Congress, APC Candidate for Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency, Oyo State, Hon. Soliu Abu Gbadamosi has appealed to other aspirants to accept the outcome of primary election orchestrating his candidature for the federal constituency in order to attain the envisaged victory.
Soliu Abu made the notable appeal to the concerned aspirants and party’s stakeholders in a statement issued shortly after his candidature was endorsed by the party.
Abu stressed that, he had acknowledged the fact that his emergence and declaration was aimed at showing submission and adherence to ” No Winner, No Vanquisher” on party’s internal democracy.
Ilero-born politician maintained that he sees the outcome of the process as collective engagement which requires the collaborative efforts of other aspirants and party as a whole in order to coast home to victory at the subsequent general elections slated for 2023.
He enjoined them to sheath their swords, refrain from vituperations, defamatory statements and other dastardly calculated attempts which could mar the awaited success that God had designed for the subsequent time.
While going in a memory lane, Abu reiterated that All Progressive Congress, APC remains a notable party in Nigeria which has clear ethics, traditions and party’s constitution to handle things for the sake of its stability and progress.
Adding that, the progressive party is blessed with elders, leaders and stakeholders whose opinions and thoughts are in tandem with absolute adherence with progressive ways and manners of getting things done amicably.
Abu however enjoined his co-aspirants and their teaming supporters to embrace the outcome with the spirit of sportsmanship, noting that the benefits attached to the exalted office would not be his alone but others, regardless of sentiment, acrimony and other dichotomies respectively.
