Methodist Church, Ogbomosho Confers Great Pillar Of Trust Award On Wolekanle In Ogbomoso

Methodist Church of Nigeria, Arowomole Area, in Surulere Local Government, Ogbomoso axis of Oyo State has conferred Great Pillar of Trust (GPT) Award on Hon. Solomon Akinwole Akinwale Wolekanle, sequel to his patriotism, philanthropism and kind heartedness among others.
The epoch making event which took place in Ogbomoso on Saturday, October 17 was said to have attracted Wolekanle’s teaming lovers, friends and admirers across the state and beyond.
According to Wolekanle,”barely sixteen days in the month of October that he was given DISTINGUISHED PERSONALITY AWARD at the University of Ibadan,Wolekanle received another award at Methodist Church of Nigeria ,Diocese of Ogbomoso”.
“Methodist Church of Nigeria Arowomole Area,Ogbomoso was full of teaming lovers of Hon. Solomon Akinwole Akinwale Wolekanle as he was given GREAT PILLAR OF TRUST(GPT) AWARD, on Saturday, October 17 and was witnessed by who is who personalities in the society”.
“Special prayer was offered for Wolekanle and a royal word was said by His Royal Majesty, Oba Francis Olusola Alao, The Olugbon of Orile-Igbon, surulere Local Government,Oyo State”.
In response to the award Hon. Solomon Akinwole Akinwale Wolekanle gave thanks to God Almighty for what God has been using him for and also showed his gratitude to Methodist Church of Nigeria,Diocese of Ogbomoso for counting him worthy of the award.
He further reassured his commitment to the development of Oyo state and Ogbomoso respectively and promised to always be around when there is call for it.
In attendance, the programme was graced by full house of Team Wolekanle and Other distinguished personalities in the society.
