Nigerians are reacting to the suspension of strike called by the Nigerian Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress after a meeting with the federal government delegates on Sunday night/ Monday morning.
The Minister of Labour and Productivity, Senator Chris Ngige has at about 2am on Monday announced that the FG and organized labour have reached an agreement on the increase in price of petrol and electricity tariff.
Nigerians have taken to Twitter to vent their angers over the suspension on the planned strike. They have continued to lambast the leadership of the NLC and TUC over the agreement reached with the FG.

Even if FG should increase electricity tariff today, with the right palliatives, NLC won’t go on any strike, they’re useless to the masses as NANS is useless to University students.
