The lawmaker representing Ibarapa Central /Ibarapa North Federal Constituency at the floor of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ajibola Muraina has moved a motion on consideration for the victims of fire disaster that razed Akesan Market, Oyo, an axis of Oyo State.

In his words,” earlier today, 21st July .I moved a motion at the plenary of House of Representatives on the Devastating Fire Disaster that razed down Akesan Market,Main Commercial Area,Oyo town, Oyo on 5th January, 2020.
” The House unanimously approved the motion and resolved as follows:to observe a minute’s silence in honour of the 3 persons including a woman that were killed during the incident”.
” To constitute a delegation to visit the market to commiserate with the people and Government of Oyo State”.
“To urge the National Emergency Management Agency to visit the area and provide relief materials for the affected people in order to ease their pains”.
” Following these resolutions, the House immediately thereafter observed a minute’s silence in honour of the departed souls”.
