As Muslims throughout East/Ido Federal Constituency, Oyo State and Nigeria as whole celebrate Eid-El-Fitri to mark the end of Ramadan, the lawmaker representing the constituency, Hon.Oluyemi Adewale Taiwo felicitated Muslims and extended warmest wishes to them and their families.
In a release personally signed by Taiwo and made to Naija Today News, Taiwo congratulated Muslims on successful completion of Ramadan and welcoming them to another Islamic month (Shawwal).
In his message,”as Muslims throughout Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, Oyo State and around Nigeria celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, I, Hon. Oluyemi Adewale Taiwo extend my warmest wishes to them and their families”.
“This last 30days has been a time of fasting, reflection, spiritual renewal, and service to the less fortunate”.
“While Eid marks the completion of Ramadan, it also celebrates the common values that unite us in our humanity and reinforces the obligations that people of all faiths have to one another, especially those impacted by poverty, conflict, disease and those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic”.
