As the good people of Ondo state decides who pilot the affairs of the state, the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Ondo state chapter has said the party is fully ready and prepared to rescue Ondo state from the hands of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
The party in a Statement sent to www.naijatodaynews.com through one of the party chieftains disclosed that the party is poised to delivering dividends of democracy to the good people of Ondo state.
The statement read:
“We are poised to deliver dividends of Democracy to the Good people of Ondo State, We the SDP in Ondo is Repositioning to win the election”.
“As the mother of all political parties in modern day Nigeria, with a people oriented manifesto.
“We want to categorically state it clear that, SDP is ready to make Ondo and Nigeria at large a greater society, you all can attest to the fact APC and PDP has failed Nigerians”.
Many of you here are blindfolded of what is happening in this country not until the Coronavirus scourge came exposed the lapses in the PDP and APC led government of wasted years with huge resources that has been wasted over the years from 1999 till date. Walk round the country, you could discover that we have no good healthcare facilities, all our roads are in the deplorable state.
“Ondo state is in dire need of better leadership, this only SDP can give ….It’s a new dawn…We hereby call on Ondo Sons and Daughters both in Diaspora to join the SDP”.
Are you not surprise to note that in the entire state, it’s only the SDP House of Representatives member, Adefisoye(Young Alhaji) is leading the pack? Giving direction and ensuring his constituency feels the dividends of Democracy?.
To this end, I want to assure you all that, electing an SDP Governor in Ondo will be a dream come true for Ondo to take its place of pride ….We Are ready …Join us to deliver Ondo.

Good movement, in Ondo where I was born, politics is all about trust, money and humanity. Who are we given our mandate, that will not deceive us like past and present government on their unfulfilment promises before their assumption to office. Our politics in Ondo state, as gone far beyond given 2kg of rice spending #5000 to the voters few or a day of election. Small Alhaji which he also is a candidate under this platform ( SDP), really deed well, if we didn’t have out of what he share during the lockdown, but we heard it all that he tried all his best. To crown it all, we need a good leadership that will have masses in his shoes.
