Egbeda Local Government Chairman, Hon. Amb. Sikiru Sanda, has demonstrated his commitment to rewarding excellence and hard work, as he presented a Toyota Corolla Sport 2012 to the leader of the legislative arm of Egbeda local government, Hon. Olakanmi Olusola for official use.
The presentation ceremony, which took place at the Egbeda Local Government Secretariat, was a testament to the chairman’s efforts to motivate and inspire his team members to strive for excellence. Hon. Sanda praised the exemplary leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, whose administration has brought unprecedented development to Oyo State. “Under Governor Makinde’s visionary leadership, our state has witnessed significant strides in infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and economic empowerment,” Sanda noted.
As he presented the car key, Hon. Sanda offered a heartfelt prayer: “I pray that God will guide you, lead you, and give you smooth movement. May you not experience any accidents with this vehicle.”
Hon. Olakanmi Olusola, in his thank-you speech, expressed his deep gratitude to Hon. Amb. Sikiru Sanda and Governor Seyi Makinde for the generosity. “I am truly humbled and grateful for this kind gesture,” Olusola said. “I want to thank our indefatigable chairman, Hon. Ambassador Sikiru Sanda for his tireless efforts in leading our local government and for his unwavering support. I also want to thank our overall leader in the state, His Excellency, Engr. Dr. Oluseyi Makinde for his visionary leadership and for creating an enabling environment for our local government to thrive.”
Olusola concluded his speech by reiterating his commitment to serving the people of Egbeda Local Government and working closely with Hon. Sikiru Sanda and Governor Seyi Makinde to achieve greater heights.
The presentation ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including the Vice Chairman & Political Head of Ajorosun Local Council Development Area(LCDA), Hon.
