The Celestial Church of Christ Ileri Oluwa Se Parish, Tokotaya, has announced the burial arrangement of its revered Mother-in-Celestial, Esther Aramide Aduke Olawale (Iya Cele). The President & Shepherd-In-Charge, Sup/Evang Olawale Oladele, made the announcement to newmen, today on behalf of the family.
Mother-In-Celestial Esther Aramide Aduke Olawale (Iya Cele) passed away on June 15th, 2024, at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
To honor her memory, the family has planned a series of burial ceremonies, which will take place on October 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2024. The events will be held at various venues in Ibadan, Oyo State, and are expected to host many dignitaries from across the country, including Warri(Delta State), Ondo State, Lagos, FCT(Abuja), and Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
On Thursday, October 3rd, a Wake Keep service will be held at 4:00 PM at the church premises, Ojoo Express Way, Elewi-Odo, Inu-Ege, Morenokeji Area, Inu-Ege; this will be followed by an Artist Night in the same day from 10:00 PM till dawn at the same venue.
On Friday morning, a Laying In State ceremony will take place from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, also at the church premises, Ojoo Express Way, Elewi-Odo, Inu-Ege, Morenokeji Area, The Burial Service will follow promptly at 10:00 AM.
To celebrate her life, an Entertainment of Guests event has been planned for Saturday, October 5th, at 11:00 AM at Prof. Emeritus Ogunlesi Hall (UCH), Queen Elizabeth Road, Oyo State. Renowned musician, Famous Twins Musician, Adegbodu Twins, will perform at the event.
