Named after former Governor Rashidi Ladoja, the 32.2-kilometer road infrastructure segment is part of the larger Ibadan Circular Road Project, envisioned to encircle the bustling city of Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State. The South-East Wing, constituting 32.2 kilometers of road, boasts six bridges and two interchanges, all completed since 2023. Additionally, three Junction Improvement Works in the Idi-Ape-Civic Centre-Agodi Gate axis will be commissioned during the ceremony, further enhancing the city’s traffic management infrastructure.
The Ibadan Circular Road Project, divided into four sections – South-East Wing (32.2km), North-East Wing (20km), North-West Wing (33km), and South-West Wing (24km) – spans a total of 110 kilometers.
