A support group of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Egbeda Local Government, Avant Garde has felicitated leaders of the great party as another celebration of Jesus Christ descends.
In a statement made available to newsmen through its executives, tripartitely signed by its chairman, Temitayo Olatunji Ogunbusola, Public Relations officers, Kabir Isiaka and Hon. Razaq Akinrinade on Monday, the group stated that the birth of Christ is a global reckoning due to simplicity and humility characterized at such a birth.
The Group while commending the leaders in Egbeda including Hon. Bili Ogundele, Hon. Akin Alabi, Comrade Olawale Olaleye, Hon. Murewa Adeboje, Women leader, Hon. Aderonke, Hon. Ibrahim Bolomope, 2023 Chairmanship Candidate, Hon. Busari Dabas, its Vice-chairmanship candidate, Hon. Aliyu Ahmed, the eleven councillor-candidates, Ward executives including Hon. Surajudeen and other leaders across the zones and wards over a most successful last weekend’s statutory meeting, called every Nigerian, nation’s leader to follow examples in the life of Jesus Christ, which lasts Him till date.
Meanwhile, the group implored members of the party to massively continue to drum support for its local government candidates ahead of the 2024 Local Council Polls slated for April 2024 for better governance at the grassroots.
Recall, the House Of Representatives’ member and House Chairman on Public Works, Hon. Akin Alabi has on Saturday assured good grassroots democratic governance if the party emerges winner in the forthcoming local government elections in the year 2024.
” We want to thank the Almighty God that out of five positions, we took three. Our party takes the Presidency, Senatorial seats, House of Representatives, and only lost out on the state legislature, especially from this Constituency and governorship.”

You did it well for me, Akin Alabi, Yunus Akintunde, Alli, and Fatai Buhari, and do the same wholeheartedly for Hon. Dauda Adeniyi Bashiru ‘Dabas’ and his team in the forthcoming local government election in the year 2024″, the group recounted.
