Zacchaeus Adangor has tendered his resignation as the attorney-general and commissioner of justice in Rivers state.
In a letter addressed to Siminalayi Fubara, governor of the state, Adangor said his resignation was “based purely on personal reasons.
Sources close to Adangor told newsmen that he resigned because of the “unconstitutional” presentation of the budget by the governor to five members of the House of Assembly, as well as the demolition of the State House of Assembly complex on Wednesday.
