Thanksgiving: Ogunsola, Charity, Adetona Thank People Of Iwajowa LG Over Support Shown To PDP

The Lawmaker for Iwajowa State Constituency, Hon. Anthony Ogunsola,Local PDP Chairman, Hon. Fashola Wasiu Charity and Leader of the House for Iwajowa Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Hon. Gbadegesin Ademola Adetona have appreciated people of the local government over unflinching support that culminated into victory of People’s Democratic Party(PDP) and emergence of the lawmaker.

The trio leading political figures showed this appreciation at the thanksgiving programme held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Ayetoro-Ile, Iwajowa LG at the instance of Hon. Anthony Ogunsola.

In their separate remarks, Ogunsola revealed that the thanksgiving was to show appreciation to God and people over victory at election and hitch free inauguration that birthed 10th Oyo State House of Assembly.

He said, he was happy to see all members of PDP and generality of people to celebrate with him, regardless of political affiliations, religions, and other dichotomies.

Ayetoro-Ile born lawmaker promised to prioritise security, education, health and others at the plenary sessions of Oyo State House of Assembly.

Ogunsola however showed gratitude to Barr. Adeniyi Farinto, Senator Hosea Ayoola Alleluyyah, Hon. Abduljeleel Oyinloye, Hon. Wasiu Fashola, Hon. Michael Adegbite, Hon. Olowookere Haruna, other politicians, Church priests, teachers, Chief Sanni Abdulwaheed and others.

In his own submission, Hon. Fashola Wasiu enjoined people to be patient with the lawmaker, that he remains a noble, humble and reliable person who would truly bring the dividends of democracy to all the nooks and crannies of Iwajowa Local Government.

The Chairman who hails from Iganna, Ward 07 maintained that Ogunsola knows where shoe pinches the constituents and he would work on all challenges which are in connection with readiness to work on feasibility of motorable roads, water, health and others respectively.

The Leader of the House in Iwajowa Local Government, Hon. Gbadegesin Ademola Adetona said there would be more synergy between the councillors and the lawmaker, in order to ensure rapid development at the local council.

Adetona maintained that there would be more cordial and mutual relationship with the house and lawmaker, useful for the growth and development of the local government.

He charged people to give firm support to Governor Seyi Makinde in order to deliver optimally on Omituntun 2.0 mantra.

The thanksgiving service which attracted people from both far and near called for winning, dinning and music that made all participants excited.
