Oyo: Olaleru, Ola-Aje Speak On Importance Of Legislation As Musbau Action Celebrates Electoral Victory

The sports’ arena of Okeho Iganna Grammar School, Okeho, Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State was on Saturday, 17th June filled to capacity as the Lawmaker for Kajola State Constituency at the State’s House of Assembly, Alh.(Hon.) Azeez Akintola Musbau popularly known as ‘Action’ held get-together session for supporters and lovers in appreciation of his electoral victory.

While speaking with news men, the new Lawmaker showed appreciation to God almighty and people over support shown to emerge victorious at the poll and he however promised to prioritise Iganna-Ifoere/Okeho-Isemi-Ile-Awaye roads and Okeho general hospital at the plenary sessions of the newly constituted 10th Oyo State House of Assembly.

Okeho-born Lawmaker maintained stance on expedition of actions on possibility of motorable roads, stable electricity, functional education, availability of portable water, and others respectively.

Action who eyes Minority Leader of the House, said he would work in tandem with the promises made during the electioneering campaign and ensures he delivers on them expectedly.

Former member of Oyo State House of Assembly, who represented same constituency at the 8th Assembly, Hon. John Adebayo Olaleru spoke on importance of legislation to communities’ development.

While in the house, he revealed that he sponsored over 20 motions, 3 bills and co-sponsored 2 bills which were beneficial to people of the local government and beyond.

Ilero-born politician said, he however believed that Musbau Action would build on those legacies in order to move Kajola State Constituency to enviable heights.

In his own submission, Hon. Ola-Aje Yemi Yakub and 2023 aspirant for Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency said he was part of the Campaign Committee for the Lawmaker and he actually knows the blueprint drafted for people’s conviction and endorsement of Musbau Action’s candidature.

He assured that the Lawmaker would work on feasibility of employments, Jamb &WAEC coaching classes for indigent students, health and Sports among others.

Isemi-Ile-born politician maintained that, the bills and motions that would enhance an upgrade of Okeho General Hospital, attainment of scholarships, sports and rural development would be championed by Lawmaker at the plenary sessions.

On his ambition, Ola-Aje said he aspired for the seat at the Federal House of Representatives in 2015, 2019 and 2023 but he was asked to step down for others and despite that he still remains a party man.

He maintained that, as God lives, he will still throw his hat into the ring come 2027 for same seat and he prayed God almighty to spare his life.
