The Oyo State Government has assured that its administration would provide viable environment for private business to thrive.
The assurance was made on Saturday during a-five hour inspection tour led by the Director-general, Oyo AgricBusiness, Dr. Debo Akande.
The inspection tour covered some of the ongoing economic infrastructural facilities in the state including the Fasola Agricultural Extension Hub,Oyo and Brown Sugar and Molasse Processing and Oyo State Sugar processor,Iseyin and its termination at the Fapote-Oke Ogun-Iseyin ongoing linkage road.
The Fasola Agricultural Extension Hub, one of its rehabilitating sections which houses processing hubs, 11 storing warehouses, maize plantation, cattle rearing sections, swan rearing sections, ewe rearing section, cassava plantation, natural grazing plantation among others has cost the sum of forty million naira while the sugarcane site in Iseyin is believed to generate electricity, mass employment and improved internally generated revenue as full operation commences in earnest.
Speaking to newsmen at the Fasola Hub, Oyo state Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde said he was excited at the level of work done at the sites, noted value extraction of the facilities would be bogusly realized months’ time
Meanwhile, Governor Makinde insisted his administration would ensure private businesses and investments thriving in his second term through enabling environment and brilliant security.
