The Proprietor of Agidigbo FM and a Human Rights Fighter, Dr. Oriyomi Hamzat has called on the Nigeria Police Force to urgently make available the evidence proof from closed circuit television(CCTV) against the proprietor of Oduduwa University,Ile-Ife and Hilton Honors Hotel, Osun State,Mr Rahman Adedoyin who allegedly killed an Ibarapa destiny child, Late Timothy Adegoke while on a Master of Business Administration studies at the Oduduwa University in his lodge at the Hilton Honor Hotel,Ile-Ife ,Osun State in 2022.

Oriyomi whose legal counsel,Ridwan Adekunle spoke to Naijatodaynew.com on Thursday accused the Nigeria Police Force of failing to make available evidence proof recorded by the Hotel’s CCTV which earlier was presented.

Oriyomi noted the decision of the Police Force to re-arraign him is illegal and uncalled for as the Force have failed to reproduce the footage at the court.

” During the case hearing, we had the footage presented, but now every evidence has stopped to-surface even at the law court. Yes, this is very legally important for its submission. This will have been a proof. Why failure to make it available then? Nothing is presented at the CCTV”

Oriyomi showed his displeasure at the conspiracy of the Police Force with Mr Rahman Adedoyin who was a brain behind the evil act.

” This is worrisome! Members of Police Force that had earlier assured, spoken with my client, advised and made him confident, suddenly turned his enemy by concluding to arrest him”

” You know evidences needed by my client for defence are with Mr Rahman Adedoyin who has filed a suit against, Oriyomi Hamzat, my humble client, do you get this? Can you understand the matter?”, Adekunle said.

Oriyomi’s legal counsel called on the Nigeria Police Force to desist from undue threat, intimidation and harrassment of Oriyomi a humble journalist, maintained that demand for CCTV footage from him a legal proof is inconsequential and irrelevant while the world understands his client remains a complainant and never an investigating cop who could withhold the earlier made evidence.

” Police are asking for evidence from a journalist? The evidences are with our plaintiff, Rahman Adedoyin! Do you expect the evidence to be with Oriyomi, a case that still remains in lawcourt?”

The legal practitioner reminded the Nigeria Police about the evidence earlier presented at the law court undistorted, and must be produced if truly they are hands-clean from conspiracy.

Meanwhile, Oriyomi’s lawyer has pledged crying out to the public over plot funded by Mr Rahmon Adedoyin to confine his client daily until the Police makes a u-turn in its plan against his client.

” Because the case is pending in the court My client has kept mute as to obey the Court of Law, but as the case is we will never stop crying to the public about the daily progress about a suit against Oriyomi for in as much plot is nursed to secretly confine him”, Rdiwan concluded.
