The Elero of Ileroland in Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State, HRM Oba Wasiu Oyedele Saka Olokolonigi II has praised Governor Seyi Makinde, Okere of Saki, HRM Oba Khalid Olabisi, the Onjo of Okeho, HRM Oba Rafiu Osuolale Mustapha, entire Oke-Ogun monarchs, Ilero indigenes and others whose assistances and support culminated in actualisation of the beaded crown.

According to the monarch, “I, The Royal Majesty, Oba Wasiu Oyedele Saka Olokolonigi II, Ilufemiloye I, The Elero of Ileroland consider this medium important to show my sincere appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde over approval of the beaded crown as a new feather to my cap and to the community at large”.

“The concerted efforts of Hon.(Alhaji) Salimonu Afolabi Borikansunwon, the Executive Chairman, Kajola Local Government, Hon. Bolanle Oyeniran(Vice Chairman), Hon. Akeem Mustapha, member, Oyo State House of Assembly for Kajola State Constituency, and Chief Olatunji Abiodun Jagunmolu are so wonderful and appreciative”.

“Oke-Ogun Obas’ Consultative Forum under the leadership of HRM Oba Khalid Olabisi, the Okere of Saki and Kajola Traditional Council headed by HRM Oba Rafiu Osuolale Mustapha and their magnificent roles would forever remain evergreen in the guineas book of record”.

He added, “my total gratitude to executives of Irepodun Omo Ilu Ilero under the leadership of Alhaji Amuda Ganiyu AMUGAT and respective Chairmen in Lagos, Iseyin, Kaiyama, Togo Benin Republic and their entire members all over Nigeria and in diaspora, whom I can’t forget nor jettison to hail their contributions”.

“I also shower encomiums on community elders, in persons of Alhaji Abu Gbadamosi, Pa Okunade Adesina and others whose influence were instrumental to its possibility”.

“I can’ not also forget Ilero Youth Progressive Union that is ably led by Comrade Lekan Ogunkanbi and other youths in the community led by Femi Ayinde and others who stand thick and thin in order to attain this feat”.

“Chairman, Ilero Day Planning Committee, Mr Bode Oladepo whose concern and stance over its feasibility deserves gratitude and firm appreciation”.

“Same thing applicable to Ilero Development Council under the chairmanship of Professor Oladimeji Oladepo whom I can easily describe as a man of impeccable character who usually stands for any course he believes in”.

Our dear women and in particular, Reliable Sisters who are led by Alhaja Fatimo Olowo(Fatix) would forever be hailed over unflinching support that culminated in attainment of the latest feat”.
