Electorate’s Selflessness On Makinde’s Re-Election Calls For Celebratory Honour — Otope

Leadership of the People’s Democratic Party,PDP, Ona-Ara Local Government, Area of Oyo State has assured members of total dividends of democracy in the 2nd Term of Gov. Seyi Makinde.

The assurance was made at a get together event held at Otope Foundation Office,Monga/Alawaye Road,Ona-Ara,Ibadan on Friday.

Speaking, Party Chairman, Hon. Mosobalaje Bakare commended the initiative behind formal meeting of members of the PDP, stating the gesture will strengthen political bond in the area.

In his contribution, a People’s Democratic Party chieftain in Oyo State, Hon. Alhaji Waheed Ajao Adurodekun called for continual loyalty among the party members in the state as to further give progress of the party.

Earlier, 2023 Oyo Central senatorial district campaign director-general, Hon. Temitope Oladimeji credited the support of every electorate in the state especially as the governor of Oyo State was massively voted for the 2nd Term, noting selflessness of the party members of PDP within the 11 Oyo Central senatorial districts including Ona-Ara, Egbeda, Oluyole, Atiba and others and the entire state.

” It is not a gainsaying that selflessness of the Oyo State electorate enabled re-election of Gov. Seyi Makinde for the 2nd Term”

” With the concentration on this huge success for all of us at Ona-Ara local government calls for celebration, makes me to initiate a get together event , with the total acceptance and approval of our leaders in this Senatorial district”

Hon. Otope added that the get together will be formalized periodically as to engender patriotism, loyalty and unity among the PDP family in the state.

At the event included PDP Chairman Ona Ara Local Government, Hon Mosobalaje Bakare, PDP Chieftain in Oyo State, Chief Waheed Ajao Adurodekun, Outgoing Oluyole state honourable,Hon. Adewale Adetunji, honourable elect,Oluyole ,Hon. Waheed Akintayo, Chairman Ona Ara Local Government, Hon. Musibau Sanusi, SAs, and Councillors among others.
