The SDP Candidate for Oyo North Senatorial District at the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections, Rt.Hon. Mulikat Akande Adeola has congratulated muslim faithful across the senatorial district, Oyo State and Nigeria on newest arrival of holy month of Ramadan 1444AH.

In her congratulatory message, Ogbomoso-born politician thanked Allah for sparing lives to witness the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan 1444AH, which kick-started on Thursday, March 23.
The Ex Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, described Ramadan as a unique and special month which Allah has designed for forgiveness, mercy and protection for those who actively, religiously and conscientiously participate in it.
Mulikat Akande enjoined Muslim adherents and others to use the current period of fasting to pray for Nigeria and newly emerged leaders across the country for wisdom, knowledge and God’s divine inspiration to lead unprecedentedly in their respective capacities.
She however prayed Allah to provide Muslims with strength, perseverance and needed resources to fast all through and Allah’s piety to keep all commandments.
