A Chieftain of People’s Democratic Party(PDP) in Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Mr John Ayodabo has enjoined electorate to vote Governor Seyi Makinde for second term, in order to complete his commenced good works.
Ayodabo made this admonition at his country home in Okeho, the headquarters of Kajola LG, while speaking with the crew of naijatodaynew.com
Okeho-born politician who leads a factional group in PDP called ‘ “Yèyétógé”(Enough of Mockery) stressed that people should regardless of any acrimony, sentiment and difference vote Makinde for second term of office.
Ayodabo added that, Makinde deserves reelection because he had tried for good people of Oyo State on areas of education, health, transportation, agric business and infrastructures among others.
He maintained that, his coming after reelection would no doubt birth unprecedented achievements, sequel to foundation which he had laid.
Ayodabo asked people to pay no attention nor concentration to sentiment which is in connection with religious acrimony to denigrate his person and current leadership in Oyo State.
He said, Makinde remains a Christian who believes in equity, fairness and justice to make administration and leadership workable.
In another vein, Ayodabo enjoined those who are engaging in politics not to make it as a means of survival and livelihood but for community services.
Adding that, every person who participates in politics should have his/her profitable business, so that the dividends of democracy would be meant for community development but not individuals’ benefits.
He however prayed for hitch free elections as people of Oyo State and Nigeria at large are gradually approaching Saturday, March 18 that is designated for Governorship and State Assembly elections.
