The 2023 Accord Guber Candidate, Adebayo Adelabu Penkelemesi lost at his polling unit to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) while the ward was won by the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) in the concluded Presidential/National Assembly Elections held on Saturday 26th February,2023 across the thirty three local government areas of Oyo State.
The three major political parties in a huge contest at his polling unit 10, include PDP, APC and Accord with large loss in all categories of contesting political offices.

Recall, the Guber Candidate has few weeks ago insisted his party will make a landslide victory in the polls.
Analysts say despite the loss, Adelabu will need to strengthen himself ahead of the forthcoming 11th March Gubernatorial/State assembly elections, include human and fund mobilisation for a worthwhile victory.
