The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP)’s Presidential Candidate, Rabiu Kwankanso said all social problems in the country were architectured during the administration of All Progressives’ Congress and people’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Kwankanso said this at the party’s official southwest campaign flag-off held on Tuesday at the Liberty Stadium,Oke Ado Ibadan in Oyo State, noting that the understandably popular parties are ruled by cabals therefore making governance inconsequential.
NNPP Presidential Candidate promised that his administration will ensure local government autonomy and total revamping of security, education, infrastructure, economy in the country as to enable a desired country by all and sundry.
” It is quite unfortunate that all social issues in the country ranging from insecurity, dilapidated infrastructure, poverty, injustice, epileptic power supply among others are architectured by APC and PDP since 1999 till”
” Local government councils have become place of posters placement; we will assent local government autonomy as to move government closer to the good Nigerians”
” APC Government enforced the use of new naira notes despite there has been a huge difficulty depositing nationwide
“CBN and President gave a three month ultimatum to the old naira notes; I want to tell you the good Nigerians that giving 6 months is not enough let alone three months, anyway, we will do everything within our power to enable livable country for all irrespective of cultural, social ,religious and political affiliation”, Kwankanso added.
Speaking, Oyo state’s New Nigeria People’s Party gubernatorial candidate, Engr. Olukayode Popoola assured of a brilliant administration by his party.
Popoola lamented poor governmental leaders in the country therefore making lives unlivable and untold hardship; thus called on the electorates to massively vote for all candidates of the party in the southwestern Nigeria Oyo which include Ekiti,Ogun, Osun, Lagos ,its national assembly and presidential candidates in the forthcoming election as to give rise to power of the party.
“The New Nigeria People’s Party is a rescue for the entire nation, let every voter make it happen by demonstrating it on February 25th and March 11th this year”, Popoola stated.
Earlier, National chairman of the party, Prof. Rufai Ahmed Alkali and the South West Leader of the party, Alhaji Adebisi Adeyemi Oloooeniyan described the presidential candidate, Rabiu Kwankanso and other candidates on the platform of the party as people of integrity among their counterparts with the belief the candidates will operate on justice, fairness and equity for all.
” We are certain that NNPP has most credible and medically sound candidates which will enable a worthwhile government as long as fair,credible and peaceful election come to place”, they echoed.
Meanwhile, the leaders called on every Nigerian to collect ,use their permanent voter cards wisely for a desired country in the forthcoming general elections in 2023.
Hundreds of thousands of supporters flooded the stadium, while the campaign concluded with presentation of flags to three southwestern gubernatorial candidates,Oyo Ogun and Lagos with its 18 national assembly candidates.
