The victims stressed that their destroyed properties had government documents as backup, thus call for Justice.

” Really, the notice on our likely evacuation came on February 2021, but nothing serious came until today when soldiers flooded the area with bulldozer officials

” We have presented all required documents on the destroyed property, only that we want the government to extend mercies”, James Femi said

” All I will say is that none of you will be cheated. Get all documents ready as I can say to you that tomorrow morning a verification team will visit your site for an exercise

” Remember, I have a property built there in honour of my late father, so I am still part of you.

” To facilitate this, the verifier will use part of the building so as to ease your access
“Be orderly, present yourself there as from tomorrow, they will attend to you.

” My assurance is that those whose houses were legally destroyed will be housed temporarily myself
