The All Progressives Congress(APC) Candidate for Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa Federal Constituency of Oyo State, Engr(Dr.) Soliu Abu Gbadamosi has got the party’s flag to contest for the green chamber of National Assembly.
The APC Chairman in Oyo State, Hon. Isaac Omodewu presented the flag to him, while the gubernatorial candidate of the party, Senator Teslim Folarin was flagging up his campaign in Oyo town, axis of the state.
Abu Gbadamosi received the flag amidst the mammoth crowd and staunch supporters of the party, who thronged the venue from across the thirty three(33) local governments making Oyo State.
In his submission, the APC Reps’ Candidate promised to work diligently, patriotically and conscientiously to ensure that the progressive party wins the election and occupies the seat reserved for Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa Federal Constituency of Oyo State at the green chamber of National Assembly.
Abu Gbadamosi stressed that he shall not hesitate to work and act in consonance with the party’s modus operandi, principles and guidelines that sustain it till today.
He however called on party’s elders, leaders, women wings, youths and other concerned quarters across the four local governments making the federal constituency to throw their weight behind him in order to coast home to victory at the general elections slated for 2023.
Abu Gbadamosi pledged work in line with the constitutional roles of a lawmaker, which are ranged from effective representation, sponsorship of notable bills/motions and oversight functions among others.
Adding that, the constituents would feel the obvious differences between the existing and true living that defines human existence.
Among people in attendance were the Governorship Candidate, Senator Teslim Folarin, Party Chairman, Hon. Isaac Omodewu, the senatorial candidates, House of Reps’ Candidates, Assembly Candidates, party leaders , women wings, youth wings and other staunch supporters among others.
