There are uncontrolled jubilations and funfair across the length and breath of OnaAra Local Government, Area of Oyo State as the Chief Executive Officer, CEO Ilaji Hotels and Resorts, Engr Dotun Sanusi made the roads in the axis motorable, having waited for long on Oyo State Government to deliver the roads.
In order to prevent the hardship and inability of people, motorists and tricyclists among others, the CEO had made it a community service with expedition of actions to fix the alternate road in Olorunsogo/Muslim and make them all motorable from Olorunsogo, Araromi, Dagbolu to Boundary of Ogun State.
The roads’ users which are ranged from motorcyclists, motorists, market women, Alararo and others could not hide their joy while acknowledging that Chief Dotun Sanusi had perfectly fixed the roads.
They all trooped in numbers to Ilaji Hotels and Resorts to show appreciation for roads which have been made motorable and complete business activities which have equally returned as people from Ogun State can come conveniently to transact business and engage in other activities.
While the crew of naijatodaynew.com was at the place, they had privilege to speak with Engr Dotun Sanusi where he expressed concern towards hardship and difficult the people were experiencing in respect of deplorable condition of roads.
He added that, apart from hardship that is being experienced by people, the poor condition of roads had paralysed the business activities and economic flourishing of the place.
He said, he was grateful to God Almighty that the road is now in good state which would in return promote people’s free movement and improvement of business activities among others.
A resident in the area, Mr Mathew Sunday hailed Engr Dotun Sanusi for coming to people’s aid while Government had outrightly failed to do the needful at the right time.
In another vein, The CEO who is also the Otun Apesinola of Ibadanland gifted a motorcycle machine to the Police Post in Araromi community in order to help them in their duty to protect lives and property.
In his appreciation, the Alararo of Araromi, Oba Mudasiru Musa Obisesan thanked Engr Sanusi for presenting the motorcycle machine to the police station in the community.
Adding that, Engr Sanusi remained a notable philanthropist and notable person in the society who cares for all and sundry, in order to make them to live but not to exist alone.
The OC in charge of the Police Post, Woman ACP Rebecca Oyewale thanked him for the gift and promised to make judicious use of motorcycle for the purpose.
