As Nigeria marks her 62nd Independence Anniversary today, the APC Senatorial Candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District, Akintunde has congratulated Nigerians as they celebrate, even as he seizes the opportunity to sue for peaceful co-existence amongst all ahead of the 2023 General Elections.
Akintunde in a goodwill message, noted that Nigeria at 62 is enough for everyone to felicitate, expressing optimism that despite the looming insecurity that has bedevilled the nation, the present administration is working around the clock in providing a lasting solution to the plight of Nigerians.
He continued by saying that Nigeria is a blessed country that has all it takes to accommodate investors from every walks of life undermining the current challenges it is faced with, pointing out that the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has made it a task to unravelling those behind the mystery caused Nigerians sooner than expected.
In his words,” I wish Nigeria, the giant of Africa a happy 62nd independence anniversary. Nigeria is a country that has stood out amongst countries of the world, and her push for peaceful co-existence, unity and harmony in the International community cannot be underestimated.
We are a people blessed with natural resources, and all thanks to the administration of Muhammadu Buhari who has been able to utilize all available resources for the betterment of Nigerians.
It is my earnest prayer that Allah blesses our leaders and grant them the wisdom and knowledge to taking us to the promised land”.
Akintunde, however, in his request for a Better Nigeria, called on the good people of the country to queue behind the APC in the 2023 Presidential poll, affirming that it is only the APC that is capable of addressing the present needs of Nigerians.
