The International Association of Lions Clubs, Ibadan axis, Oyo State will on Sunday, 18th September, 2022 be the guests of Nasrul-Lahil Fatihu Society of Nigeria(NASFAT) on Childhood Cancer Awareness Campaign.
Lion Folasade Akinola, Chairperson, Childhood Cancer Awareness Campaign, Ibadan Axis disclosed this in a release she personally signed and made available to news men.
Akinola stressed that, NASFAT of Samonda branch, Ibadan will by next Sunday host the lions clubs at exactly 10:00am prompt where lecture would come up on causes, effects and possible solutions to childhood cancer.
Earlier, the Chairperson had at the meeting held in Ance Building Jericho Ibadan on Tuesday, 13th September, 2022 urged lion members to get to the venue by 10am prompt because of NASFAT’s other activities.
She equally appealed to members to put on their Childhood Cancer Awareness Campaign jackets and also come along with their respective club banners.
Adding that, “it is important for all women to put on caps, scarfs, and ijabs as the lecture will be delivered inside the mosque”, Akinola said.
