Oyo: Ex Iseyin Council Boss, Adeleke Mourns Aseyin’s Passage

Former Chairman, Iseyin Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Hon Waheed Mobolaji Adeleke has shown his heartfelt commiseration to the families, friends, Iseyinland and entire dynasty over the passage of the Aseyin of Iseyinland, Oba Abdulganny Salaudeen Ologunebi Ajinese 1 which occurred in the wee hours of Sunday, July 24, 2022.

Adeleke who is also the Okanlomo of Iseyinland showed his grief over the monarch’s demise in a condolence statement he personally signed on behalf of the entire late Alh.Subair Adeleke’s family and made available to naijatodaynew.com

In his tribute, Hon. Adeleke expressed rude shock over the demise of the monarch who was enthroned during his tenure as the LG boss.

He however described him as someone who was well loved and whose sojourn in life was effectively used to contribute own quotas to the development and progress of Iseyinland, OkeOgun and Oyo State as a whole.

Adeleke stressed that, the monarch who until his death was the Chairman of OkeOgun Council of Obas and Chiefs used the rare opportunity and privilege to seek more unified fronts among the zone’s traditional rulers, indigenes and dwellers among others.

He however took solace in the fact that the Monarch despite spent 62 years of age on earth and 15 years on the throne, he had undoubtedly set unprecedented records which would take years to beat.

Adeleke prayed God Almighty to forgive his shortcomings, grant him a noble place in Aljanna Fridaos and also give the Iseyinland and entire dynasty the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
