Death Claims My Colleague In Sister Constituency, Who Am I To Question God — Omosheu Expresses Shock

Lawmaker representing Ibadan Southeast Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdul-rasak Ademola Abdullahi Omosheu has described death that claimed late Hon. Ademola Popoola of Sister Constituency(Ibadan Southeast Constituency 2) as worrisome, painful and grievous.

Omosheu felt shocked and showed commiseration over Popson’s death in a condolence statement he personally signed and made available to naijatodaynew.com

Omosheu stressed that, the death of late lawmaker who bid world good bye at the University College Hospital, UCH was personally painful and grievous to him.

The lawmaker said it was painful that the late lawmaker left at his youthful age while his knowledge, wealth of experience and legislative charisma would be needed by all in his constituency and beyond.

Omosheu took solace in the fact that, he could not question God Almighty while He asked Popson to stop breathing, believing that he lived an exemplary and worthy life.

Omosheu described late Popoola as an active, vibrant, resourceful and competent parliamentarian in the 9th Oyo State House of Assembly, whose impact and contributions were meaningful.

Omosheu said he was disturbed and painful by the demise of Popson, stressing that he had no knowledge that would leave this sinful world at that age of his.

Adding that they did things in common until death took him to journey of no return.

Omosheu noted that Oyo State Government led by Governor Seyi Makinde tried their best to rescue Popson’s life but God knows why it happened like that.

He however condoled with his entire family, wife, children and entire constituents of Ibadan Southeast State Constituency, Oyo State Government and PDP family over the demise of late lawmaker.

Omosheu noted that despite death at youthful age, his humanitarian and political legacies live on.

He prayed God to grant him eternal rest and gives family the fortitude to bear an irreplaceable loss.
