Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District at the red chamber of National Assembly, Senator Fatai Buhari has emerged winner of APC candidate with. votes for third terms.
Fatai’s runner up, Hon Saheed Alaran polled 6 votes while third on the list, Hon Shina Peller had the total votes of 5
APC primary election that took place at OYSADEP sports complex, Saki, Saki West Local Government, Oyo State had Mr Ayotunde Olowofoyekun as the progressive electoral chairman for the exercise.
The delegates who came across the 10 local governments of OkeOgun zone comported themselves peacefully for the engagement which lasted for hours.
Naijatodaynew.com which monitored the exercise had it that only agents of Senator Fatai Buhari and Hon. Shina Peller were in attendance to supervise the process.
Other aspirants who slugged it out with Buhari are Cheif Sola Ogunbode and Mr Adeole Adeboyin.
