Hon. Isiaka Kehinde, personal assistant to Ex Minister of State for Federal Capital Territory has confirmed the removal of his boss’ name as OnaAra LG PDP National delegate.

Kehinde made the confirmation shortly after the list of Oyo PDP national delegates surfaced online and learnt that Chief Adurodekun had replaced his boss.

He said, Oloye Olajumoke Akinjide that in a dastardly move orchestrated by the Oyo state Governor , Governor Ouwaseyi Makinde to deliberately yank off Oloye Olajumoke Akinjide’s name and replaced it with another entity to represent Ona Ara LG as a National Delegate of the People’s Democratic Party.

“The State Governor has already perfected his plans.

He affirmed that this will be the only administration that will mischievously plan to remove Akinjide’ s name from Ona Ara politics.

Going down the memory lane, he reiterated that Right from 1969, late Chief Richard Akinjide always represented the LG as its face at any forum, the duty which the late Sage performed creditaby well .

Fastback to the present Dispensation , Ona Ara sons and daughters in a well attended meeting willingly and happily conferred the leadership of the Local Governments on Oloye Olajumoke who has been the good representative of the LG at the National level aside been the party ‘s sole National Delegate.

“It’s therefore worrisome that a totally committed party loyalist cum leader who stood staunchly by the Governor before the election and after could be so treated unfairly.

He revealed that such move by Governor Seyi Makinde to frustrate the real owners of the party and take sole ownership is not misplaced as other leaders of the party like Alhaja Mulikat Adeola, Alhaji Olopoenia , Hon Muraina and a host of others have been tactically relieved from the party.

Kehinde said if the Governor is not reined in the havoc he will cause to the party will be too difficult for emendations.
