Kajola State Constituency’s Aspirant into Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Rotimi Ajumobi has said that his eagerness to take a seat at the state legislative chamber is not premised on parochial interest to amass wealth.
Ajumobi whose ambition would be contested under the platform of People’s Democratic Party(PDP) disclosed this in a statement he personally signed and made available to naijatodaynew.com
According to him,”It has to be reiterated that, firm insistence, eagerness and readiness to represent Kajola State Constituency at Oyo State House of Assembly is not consequent upon personal aggrandizement nor parochial interest to amass wealth and distribute goodies attached to the office to those around me.
“However, it genuinely remains a patriotic and concerted struggle to break the state constituency from the shackles of retrogression to progressivism.
“Where the shoe pinches the constituents had been carefully and cautiously investigated and that is why an interest is keen in order to bring the long term dreamt ambition into reality.
“Everything humanly and legislatively possible would be done to ensure that Kajola State Constituency becomes better on areas of education, health, infrastructures and agric business among other things.
“I believe with God and the constituents of Kajola State Constituency, ambition is feasible”, Ajumobi prayed .
