Oyo: Lekan Ogunkanbi Hails Committee As Late Barrister Ige’s Funeral Service Holds Between March 31st-April 1st

Chairman, Ilero Youth Progressive Association of Nigeria, Iwa Local Council Development Area(LCDA) in Kajola Local Government, Area of Oyo State, Comrade Olalekan Ogunkanbi has commended the committee as the funeral service of late Barrister(Deacon) James Adeniji Ige would take place between March 31st and April 1st, 2022.

Ogunkanbi’s message of commendation was contained in a release he personally signed and made available to naijatodaynew.com

The funeral of late Octogenarian who slept in the lord on 4th January, 2022 has been slated for March 31st and April 1st, 2022 respectively.

In its breakdown, Commendation service would take place on March 31st at Yaba Baptist Church, Yaba Lagos by 9am, while Christian wake keep and night of tributes would feature on same day at Ilupeju Residence, Ilero, Kajola Local Government of the pacesetter state.

Also, Funeral service would be featured on April 1st at First Baptist Church, Ilero by 9am, while reception follows immediately at opposite Ebenezer Baptist Church, Ilupeju Area of the ancient town.

In his commendation, Ogunkanbi showered encomiums on committee handling the burial arrangement of late legal scion, maintaining that they are people of impeccable character, integrity and prestige who are in a state of preparedness to give beffiting burial programmes to late talented lawyer who through his lifetime displayed the true modicum of Omoluabi.

Ogunkanbi prayed that God in His mercy would take care of every assignment and other programmes the members of committee left behind while they are attending to the burial arrangement.

While paying tribute to late Barrister Ige, Ogunkanbi disclosed that no amount of words nor expressions could expatiate whom Baba was.

He said that a true man with pure heart, who loved others more than himself had gone on a journey of no return, praying God to grant Baba eternal rest and give members of family, friends and community at large the fortitude to bear an irreplaceable loss.
