People’s Democratic Party, PDP Aspirant into Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Rotimi Ajumobi has described competence, character and capacity as vital qualities needed for attainment of good leadership and governance.
Ajumobi who aspires to represent Kajola State Constituency come 2023 disclosed this in a release he personally signed and made available to naijatodaynew.com
According to him,”Competence, Character and Capacity are three notable and spherical qualities of a good leader.
“Undoubtedly, unprecedented achievements would be recorded by a leader and public office holder who possesses these attributes.
“Explanatorily, competence revolves round the mastery of the task, character explains the true outlook and disposition of a person, while capacity is both mental and physical ability to deliver effectively.
“Having understood and acknowledged these traits as prerequisites that make good leadership.
” I have equally taken them as guides and preconditions that would definitely enhance my legislative discharge and other political engagements.
“I shall never cease from learning new things, because a person becomes dead while he or she fails to acquire new knowledge”, Ajumobi ended.
