Hon. Rotimi Ajumobi, an aspirant into Oyo State House of Assembly has promised that he would not disappoint his constituents, if he is given the party ticket and eventually wins the general elections.
Ajumobi who aspires to contest under the platform of People’s Democratic Party, PDP for Kajola State Constituency come 2023 disclosed this in one of his engagements and interactions with party stakeholders.
Okeho-born aspirant stressed that there is no gainsaying in the fact that he has been meeting with people, with series of promises and words of assurance throughout of his consultations and appeal for support.
Ajumobi maintained that he has been so cautious of words and promises that would turn to debt at the long run, and that is why he ensures he has details of promises he has been making to people across the state constituency.
The Assembly hopeful added that, he would never under no matter what makes promises that can never be fulfilled, maintaining that he would only commit himself to words and expressions that would subsequently translate to fruition.
Ajumobi reiterated that he would never disappoint his constituents on areas of effective representation, bills/motions which are relevant for sponsorship and returning of goodies to constituency among others.
He added that he would prioritise feedback to constituents, while concerted efforts would be dissipated towards the possibility of Town hall meetings to rub minds with them on what has happened at the hallow chamber and what they should equally expect subsequently.
Ajumobi disclosed that the area of human capital development would not be jettisoned, but empowerment would only need enhancement and overhauling for the benefits of the constituents.
He however called on the people of Kajola State Constituency to throw weight behind him for the fruition of long dreamt ambition.
